Our products are shipped through either UPS, USPS, or FedEx. We are entrusting a third party to deliver your item in a timely fashion. Once the package leaves our facility, it is now the responsibility of said third to deliver your package.
Orders placed after 2pm EST will be sent out the next day.
For orders that are placed during the weekend please allow 48-72 hours to be processed for shipping
If you would like to require signature for delivery, please call us or email us at Studio tann for that option.
If the order was placed within the same day you placed the order, then we may be able to make the necessary changes for you. Please contact our customer service team at (800)-537-3030 and provide us with the details of the changes you would like to make. please note that some changes may not be possible depending on the status of your order. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We are sending out international orders through UPS and DHL. It is possible you may need to pay extra fees when your package is going through custom clearance.
International orders are subject to the customs fees and import taxes of the destination country.
If the tracking has already been generated, we will not be able to make any changes to the order, as there is a possibility that the product has already been picked up by the courier.
Preorder takes 3–4 weeks to ship the product.
