At Studio Tann, we aim to deliver your order safely and efficiently through trusted carriers including UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Once your order leaves our facility, delivery becomes the responsibility of the shipping provider.
Order Processing:
Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Weekend Orders:
Orders placed over the weekend will require 48–72 hours to be processed for shipping.
Signature Required:
If you’d like to require a signature upon delivery, please contact us at orders@studiotann.com before your order ships.
Order Changes:
If you'd like to make changes to your order, please contact our customer service team at (800)-537-3030 as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that changes may not be possible once the order is in transit.
All international orders are shipped via UPS. Please note:
Additional customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees may apply based on your country’s import regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.
We want you to love your leather goods, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’ll provide a free return shipping label within 30 days of your order date. Please reach out to us at orders@studiotann.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
Regular Returns & Exchanges:
For all other returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to Studio Tann. We’ll cover the shipping costs when sending the replacement item back to you.
Items must be returned in unused condition, in the original packaging, with tags attached, and a copy of the receipt.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed due to high order volume.
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged item shipped by Studio Tann.
Items purchased through special promotions (e.g. bundles, free gifts) are eligible for exchange only. Refunds are not applicable on these items.
All custom-made products, including custom vests, are handcrafted to order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom items.
Please double-check your measurements before placing an order. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
